Founded in 1982 by James C Johnson, JCJ Properties & Development was founded as a construction project management company with a specialized focus on real estate development working on behalf of, and in the interest of, developers and project owners.

Since 1982, JCJ Properties & Development has managed and developed over 1 billion dollars worth of Real Estate ranging from bare land development, apartments, hotels, hospitals, long term care centres, aquatic centres, hockey rinks and university campuses.

In 1993, JCJ Properties & Development was purchased by Cliff Campbell & Graeme MacDonald, and for the next 25 years, they continued to build its solid reputation as the industries trusted Developer and construction project management company.

Then, in 2018, Steven Jackson Purchased JCJ Properties & Development and strategically aligned the experience and expertise of JCJ Properties & Development to become a growth orientated Canadian Real Estate Developer with a diverse portfolio of Residential, Commercial and Mixed-use Developments. JCJ Properties & Development owns and manages developments though their Pre-Development, Land Acquisition, design, construction, and post-construction/operations Phases.
